All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

Custom and bespoke jewellery orders are made specifically for you based on your specifications. Production timelines will be communicated during consultation, and such orders are generally non-refundable and non-returnable except in cases of damage or defect.
